About AAG Lead LLC – Licensed & Committed to Quality

Welcome to AAG Lead LLC, a trusted and licensed company serving homeowners, landlords, and real estate professionals across New Jersey. Our mission is simple — to make homes safe, healthy, and compliant while keeping every project honest, affordable, and respectful.
My name is Selvendran Narasingam (Selva), and I personally supervise every inspection and abatement project. From the initial estimate to the final clearance, I remain directly involved in every step to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently. I always try to make the cost reasonable, and I prepare each estimate carefully based on actual site conditions. With my many years of field experience, I make sure every project is finished correctly, following state and federal compliance standards.
I treat every property as if it were my own home — with the same level of care, attention, and respect.
We are licensed by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (License #00882-A) and EPA RRP-Certified for lead paint removal and abatement. I am also a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector with a strong background in building systems, structure, and environmental safety.
You can reach me directly at 551-327-6660 for any questions regarding inspections, abatement, or compliance. I’m always available to guide you through the process and ensure your project meets all state and federal safety standards.

Who we are
Before starting AAG Lead LLC, I worked as a Lead Paint Inspector with the New Jersey Health Department, where I helped property owners understand inspection requirements and correct violations for compliance.
I also bring over 15 years of construction and renovation experience, including:
  • tick Drywall installation and repair
  • tick Spackle and finishing work
  • tick Interior and exterior painting
  • tick Door and window installation or replacement
  • tick Base molding and trim installation
  • tick Stair repair and replacement
As a licensed home inspector, I don’t just see paint or walls during remediation — I also notice basic building factors like water leaks, moisture issues, or surface damage. This helps me design practical, long-lasting solutions that keep your home safe and sound.

License Transparency and Verification
At AAG Lead LLC, we believe in complete transparency. A copy of our official New Jersey Lead Abatement Contractor License is available at the bottom of our homepage for anyone to view or download. This license is issued directly by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and is fully valid for all lead paint remediation and abatement work in the state.
Sometimes, customers ask why a company name may not appear immediately on the DCA’s public contractor list. That list is meant for general public reference, but it is not always updated on time. In fact, some contractors who have closed their business or been suspended by the NJ Government still appear visible in the DCA list. So if you ever have any doubt, you can verify our license directly with the DCA, or contact us — we’ll gladly assist with verification.
Before each project, we submit our Scope of Work and license information to the local township or Health Department for review. This ensures that every project is officially verified and approved by government authorities before any work begins. Our license is officially issued and enforceable by the State of New Jersey for all lead paint remediation and abatement projects.

Our Mission and Values
AAG Lead LLC is built on simple values — honesty, safety, and respect. We understand that money doesn’t come easy, and every family has different needs. That’s why we keep our prices reasonable and explain everything clearly before starting any work.

Most of our customers tell us they called us because we’re local, easy to talk to, and truly care. We don’t oversell or scare people — we help them understand what’s necessary, what’s optional, and how to fix the problem the right way. When I visit a property, I treat it as my own home. If there are children living there, I take extra precautions because their safety always comes first.
